What Shipping Methods Are Available?

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times depend on PostNL. For customers in the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days after the package has been prepared and handed over to PostNL.

Order preparation times may vary per product. Unless stated otherwise, preparation typically takes 1 to 2 business days before shipment. Any exceptions or longer preparation times will always be clearly noted in advance. We ship all orders from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. This helps us ensure your Chococrumbs arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

I wasn’t home during delivery. What happens next?

If no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel will be taken to the nearest PostNL service point. You will receive an email notification with details on where and when you can collect your package.

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected on time or because no one was available to receive it, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order with us is easy:


  1. Browse our webshop and select the products you’d like to order.

  2. Add your chosen items to the cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

  4. Choose your preferred secure payment method and complete the payment.

  5. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

After your order is confirmed, production will begin according to the product’s preparation time, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest quickly and securely.

Creating an account is optional, but it allows you to view your order history and makes future checkouts faster.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may request to cancel or change your order before production has started by contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please note that, in accordance with Dutch consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or products that are made to order. As our cookies and chocolates are freshly prepared specifically for each order, cancellation or modification is no longer possible once production has begun.

If you are unsure whether your order is already in production, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a track & trace code. This code allows you to follow your package online via the carrier’s tracking system and see the current delivery status and estimated delivery date.

If you haven’t received a tracking email or need assistance, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Our cookies and chocolates are freshly prepared specifically for each order and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and food safety. Any returned items cannot be resold and must therefore be discarded.

Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. In accordance with Dutch consumer law, we will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer an appropriate solution.

Storage tips for chocolate products


  • Store chocolate in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 15–18°C.

  • Keep products away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors, as chocolate easily absorbs smells.

  • Always store chocolate in its original, airtight packaging to maintain freshness and texture.

  • Avoid refrigeration if possible, as this may cause sugar or fat bloom due to condensation.

  • If refrigeration is necessary, ensure the chocolate is fully sealed and airtight. Allow it to return to room temperature before opening the packaging to prevent moisture damage.

  • For best quality and flavor, consume within the recommended shelf life noted on the product.

💡 Tip: A stable environment is key—sudden temperature changes can affect the appearance and snap of the chocolate.

What is our order processing time?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Production usually begins within 2 business days after your order is placed, unless stated otherwise.

Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online with the carrier.

What is the shelf life of the cookies?

Our cookies are packaged airtight to ensure freshness. This gives them a shelf life of up to two weeks after shipping when stored properly.

For longer storage, cookies can be kept in the freezer. When frozen correctly, they can be enjoyed for up to three months without compromising quality.

Storage tips for cookies

  • Store cookies in their airtight packaging at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • For best quality, consume within two weeks after shipping.

  • To extend freshness, cookies can be frozen. Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag.

  • Properly frozen cookies can be stored for up to three months.

  • Always allow frozen cookies to thaw at room temperature before reheating or consuming.

Reheating Cookies Suggestions

  • Oven (recommended): Preheat the oven to 160–170°C. Heat the cookie for 5–8 minutes until the outside is warm and the center is soft and gooey.

  • Air fryer: Heat at 160°C for 3–5 minutes for a quick refresh.

  • Microwave: Heat for 10–15 seconds for a soft, melty center (be careful not to overheat).

💡 Tip: Reheated cookies taste best when enjoyed warm and fresh.
