A thick layer of smooth, velvety white chocolate forms the base. Swirled throughout and generously topped is a rich carrot cake blend made with finely milled carrots for natural sweetness and depth. Toasted coconut chunks add tropical texture, while dried pineapple pieces bring a subtle fruity brightness.
Crunchy walnuts and pecans create a warm, nutty richness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the white chocolate. Plump raisins add chewy bursts of caramel-like flavor, and apple callets provide a soft, fresh fruit note that ties everything together beautifully.
